The windshield in your car is the the pice of glass that sit above your hood, and keeps you protected while you are int he driver’s seat. This piece of glass makes sure that no outside debris, such as flying gravel, or insects, makes its way in to the vehicle you are driving. And, while these pieces of glass are designed to stand up and take quite a beating, there will come a time when your windshield will crack, chip, or shatter. When that happens, we have several options to help replace your windshield for you.
When it comes to replacing your windshield, there are two options available to you. The first option of glass is something called “OEM”, or Original Equipment Manufacturer glass. This types of windshield glass is produced, directly, by the same company that supplied your original windshield in your car. This option is, almost always, more expensive than other options you may have, but the benefit is that you have the peace of min knowing that it is the exact same windshield you previously had, and it can actually lead to a higher resale value when, and if, you choose to sell your vehicle.
The other option available to you, for windshield glass, is to buy off brand glass. This may sound a bit scary, but we promise you that these windshields are just as good as OEM windshields. We only work with the best glass suppliers around and we go through a deep vetting process to make sure that the brands we carry are safe for you to use. Off brand windshield glass has the benefit of costing far less than OEM glass, and we will always back it up with an installation guarantee.
If you experience any kind of accident, be it an actual collision or a rock flying at you, that damages your windshield, we will always try and fix your glass first. We can generally patch smaller chips and small cracks, however, if you have a large blemish, it is time to replace your windshield completely. After the damage occurs, we will assess your options. One you choose what kind of windshield you’d like installed, we will get to work fitting it in place. This process usually takes a few hours at most, and once we are done, your windshield will be as good as new.
We are proud of the service that we are able to provide to our clients, and because of that, we guarantee all of the work done. If you have any sort of problem with your new windshield, please come back to us and let us make it right. Things happen sometimes, but we promise that 99.9% of the time, our installations are perfectly done. However, if you start to notice any leaking, or condensation forming around your windshield seems, this may mean that the sealant didn’t fully adhere. We would be happy to reseal your windshield, and make it 100% right.
